UPS doesn't show up in upower

I have this UPS: Fry's Electronics MEC0003,
I followed the Arch wiki's Network UPS Tools instructions to install it with the driver blazer_usb
It does show correctly with upsc, but it doesn't show up at all in upower.
Am I doing something wrong or there is no way to do this?
