2560x1440 60.00 + I'm using awesomewm and it is fine when I'm not playing anything but when I open any game it feels like it is locking my screen to 60hz. I think it is because from my secondary display, when I unplugged it everything worked it should be. Is there any way to fix this problem with xrandr?
My graphics card is RTX 3070

Have you tried "xrandr --output DP-0 --primary"?

I tried with nvidia-settings, it definitely made it better on desktop environment but its not even close to what I have with only on screen but like I said ingame refresh rate is still locked to 60hz and it bothers me.
