Extracting the VMware BIOS result in blank file

Hi.

I'm trying to extract the bios from vmware-vmx file with this command specified in the arch's wiki:

objcopy /usr/lib/vmware/bin/vmware-vmx -O binary -j bios440 --set-section-flags bios440=a bios440.rom.Z

But the result is a file named bios440.rom.Z with zero bytes.

What i'm doing wrong?
