I am using xfce4 with lightDM as display manager, and I recently set up fingerprint authentication for login. The problem is, even though I can easily log in to my system using my fingerprint, I am prompted for the password whenever I try to launch an application (to "unlock the default keyring"). This defeats the purpose of using fingerprint authentication, since I have to type my password anyway to actually use my laptop. Is there any way I can make login via fingerprint authentication also unlock the default keyring?
