Hi There..
I am currently running Arch on my laptop which contains a 256GB SSD and 1TB HDD.
I want to dual boot it with windows 10, but I want a fresh start.
Should I install Windows 10 first or Arch ?
Is there a relevant guide that I could follow...
Also as a follow up question, given that primarily I would be using Arch linux and Windows only for gaming and running some softwares, How should I go about partitioning the drives.

Windows tends to be bad at leaving other installed OSes alone during windows install, so do windows first.

partition lay-out is very personal, 1 tip :
1. configure the partitions before you start installing, especially the Efi System Partition windows autocreates is very small .
Disliking systemd intensely, but not satisfied with alternatives so focusing on taming systemd.
clean chroot building not flexible enough ?
Try clean chroot manager by graysky

Yup. But... Anyway... You can "force" Windows Installation behaving as you wish by manually installing it, eg: https://gist.github.com/aubymori/a8b91e … 6fa774cf50
