dirmngr does not end and load cpu core to 100%

After successful completion archlinux-keyring-wkd-sync service (or /usr/bin/archlinux-keyring-wkd-sync command) process "/usr/bin/dirmngr --homedir /etc/pacman.d/gnupg --supervised" does not end and can work for many hours loading the processor core to 100%
"only kill -9 dirmngr" helps me

How can I fix this problem?
