notebook is an old AMD with BIOS and 128GB SATA SSD
partitioning was set to automatic

Archinstall experienced the above error. If you think this is a bug, please report it to
https://github.com/archlinux/archinstall and include the log file "/var/log/archinstall/install.log".is it possible to finish the remaining steps manually?
(lxde would be prefered to become wm)

SOLVED by creating an empty GPT table with fdisk and re-run the installer
