Stuck at boot after system freeze

So i was using my laptop and was installing sddm-git from aur and suddenly my laptop just froze not able to switch to tty, mouse was also stuck, i waited for sometime then rebooted with power button, now after initial brand logo of laptop i get "/dev/sda3 recovering journal" and some other messages saying checking for superblock, i think i force rebooted my laptop, but the messages where we see each module getting activated saying ok in brackets in green color normally, i am getting "[failed] some service like network manager...", and is stuck here cannot go to tty, only way i can goto tty is to when in grub i pressed e to edit and in the line linux i added 3 in the last and i am here in tty but don't know how to fix it, can anyone help me ?

The sddm dbus config file is invalid and dbus-broker shits the bed.

Why were/are you installing SDDM from git in the first place?

Plasma won't help, this is a side effect of trying sddm-git and it's likely some problem there, however checking upstream, that file hasn't changed in years and is valid in the current version. Can you post your content of  /usr/share/dbus-1/system.d/sddm_org.freedesktop.DisplayManager.conf ? Or is this a side effect of the freeze and you just have corrupted files and would have to minimally reinstall SDDM

sudo LC_ALL=C pacman -Qkk | grep -v ', 0 altered files'

(this can run a while...)?

Why were/are you installing SDDM from git in the first place?

I was about to use hyprland and sddm doesn't work well with it only sddm-git works with hyprland wm

Have you tried to uninstall and reinstall plasma ?

Plasma desktop is not currently installed, i just needed sddm-git from aur

Based on? Probably only if you actually want to run SDDM itself via hyprland, I highly doubt there are actual problems with this if you just use the xorg sddm as a wayland starter. In any case the dbus file is corrupt, retry the sddm(-git, if you truly think you need that) installation

The documentation of hyprland recommends sddm-git that's why i was trying to install that anyways, I think I want to end this discussion as there was urgent need for a working system, and this unusable state of my installed arch was wasting so much time, so I backed all data with rsync and reinstalled archlinux.
