So, i know there is this (https://bbs.archlinux.org/viewtopic.php?id=261556) question asked before and there was a solution with some firefox service disabling, but i don't see any mentions of firefox in my journalctl output.
Reproduction steps are the following:
1) Start VirtualBox + WebStorm + ~5 instances of Firefox, basically, drown the CPU and RAM (sometimes it happens with a single VirtualBox running Windows 7);
2) Observe a completely frozen OS without an ability to even move a cursor or switch to the terminal with ctrl+alt+f4;
3) Reset your system with holding the power button for a couple of seconds;
4) Start your system;
5) Get an uncommon 10-20 seconds delay before KDE's splash screen;
6) See that everything's broken, every window goes "Not Responding" after a couple of seconds;
7) Shutdown, get this A stop job is running for user manager for UID 1000 message
8) Force shutdown with the same power button;
9) repeat steps 4-8 a couple of times, because it does not resolve by itself at the first restart;
This is my sudo journalctl -b-1 output: https://termbin.com/qmqz
My setup is the following:
HP ZBook Firefly 15 G8, Arch is installed on an external SSD Samsung T7 Shield 1TB connected via USB-A.
Thank you!

That is not a full journal output. Please don't copy text from a pager, upload the full output using, e.g. ix.io
