Hi all,
With the latest (2.11.0beta-7) opendkim package including an all new systemd unit file, the service doesn't start anymore :
systemd[1]: opendkim.service: Can't open PID file /run/opendkim/dkim.pid (yet?) after start: No such file or directory
opendkim[80146]: OpenDKIM Filter v2.11.0 starting (args: -x /etc/opendkim/opendkim.conf)
systemd[1]: opendkim.service: start operation timed out. Terminating.
opendkim[80146]: OpenDKIM Filter=terminating
opendkim[80146]: OpenDKIM Filter v2.11.0 terminating with status 0, errno = 0
systemd[1]: opendkim.service: Failed with result 'timeout'.
░░ Subject: Unit failed
░░ Defined-By: systemd

░░ The unit opendkim.service has entered the 'failed' state with result 'timeout'.
systemd[1]: Failed to start OpenDKIM daemon.
I think it may have to do with the RuntimeDirectory option in the unit file. If I create /run/opendkim with proper rights and run /usr/bin/opendkim -x /etc/opendkim/opendkim.conf as opendkim user, everything is fine.
I didn't open a bug because gitlab accounts are now manually created by Arch staff, it may be too long to process.
