audio not playing through headphones (wired)

audio not playing through headphones after i unplugged and plugged it again to check the wired headphone i tried live OS it worked. so my headphones jack was good and in pavucontrols it shows the headphones and i can adjust the volume to but i can not hear any audio in it my headphones are also good i checked it it is working

I am using Pipewire

amixer -c0 #Or whatever index corresponds to your integrted card in the above
pactl list cards
pactl list sinks
