I usually upgrae my system with:
pacman -Syu
pikaur -Syu
and from time to time
pacman -Rsn $(pacman -Qdtq)
After upgrade to plasma 6 after pikaur -S I get:
$ env LANG=C pikaur -Syu

KHotkeys is no longer maintained.
The last maintained version is in the Plasma/5.27 branch.
Is it safe to remove this package?

I did, no issues for me. There were a few packages to which that happened with the upgrade to Plasma 6.
