When I start up my computer I get this screen:
Starting systemd-udevd version 252.4-2arch
/dev/nume0n1p2: recovering journal
/dev/nume0n1p2: clean, 1668835/61046784 files, 44082670/244157622 blocks
/sbin/init: /usr/lib/libc.so.6: version 'GLIBC_2.38' not found (required by /usr/lib/libcrupto.so.3)And I can't type anything or get it to respond in any way.
This happened as I was installing Tauri. Tauri is a framework/library for building desktop applications in JavaScript and Rust. It said something about installing or replacing Plasma and I didn't think it was a big deal because Tauri is unrelated to my desktop environment. I went away for a short bit and when I came back, there was a black screen that said my lock screen was broken and gave instructions to potentially fix it. Instead I restarted it and ended up in this situation. What do I do?

That looks like a partial upgrade - possibly from a crash in mid update. Boot into a live usb and fully update the system.
