[SOLVED] - Blank greenish screen when logging into xorg XRDP.

Hello,

I am following this guide on how to setup XRDP with XORGRDP(backend):
https://wiki.archlinux.org/title/Xrdp

I installed both "xrdp" and "xorgrdp" and then typed to the terminal:

systemctl start xrdp

I also added

allowed_users=anybody

to

/etc/X11/Xwrapper.config

When I try to login into Arch Linux from Windows 10 using the RDP software I get a blank greenish screen.

The "Xrdp" guide also mentions: "It is recommended to edit ~/.xinitrc to start your desktop environment or window manager".

Does this means I need to install: "xorg-xinit" package as mentioned in this article?:
https://wiki.archlinux.org/title/Xinit#xinitrc

The "xinit" article link seems a bit too short and complicated for me to comprehend, can someone discuss how to configure "~/.xinitrc" so that I can use RDP?

Thanks.

Alright, I was able to fix my issue in making XRDP work following this great guide:

The guide says this: cp /etc/X11/xinit/xinitrc ~/.xinitrc
What if I don't have an .xinitrc in /etc/X11/xinit ?
