Detect malware in system

Hello.

Could you tell us how you can manually detect malware, what methods can help in detecting the same bootkit, rootkit, and also how you can work more safely on a compromised system, since there is no way to detect anything significant. Reinstalling the OS doesn't help either. They could provide some useful information that would help with detection, or some articles or guides on detecting malware, but it’s impossible to find anything significant that could help.

open source (GPL) anti-virus toolkit for UNIX : https://wiki.archlinux.org/title/ClamAV

If you suspect your system is already compromised: get a clean arch iso image, boot from this and scan then after mounting your installed system.
