Renaming audio output ports (not devices)

Hi there,

I have the integrated sound card for which pavucontrol shows to ports:
- Line Out located on the back of the case
- Headphones located at the front of the case (wired to the motherboard)

The thing is that my desktop speakers are connected to the front. So when I want to switch the audio from my BT headphones to the speakers I have to select, well, Headphones, which is kind of silly, Speakers would be more appropriate. To connect the speakers to the back I would need an extra cable since the factory cable is short. That aside, Line Out doesn't sound good to me, I definitely prefer Speakers.

So, is there way to rename those ports? I've been googling for the last couple of hours to only find solutions for renaming a device.
