since the last update my opengl has stoped working. the issue is of:
libGL error: XF86DRIQueryDirectRenderingCapable returned false
however the wiki tells me I should make sure the correct AGP modules are loaded properly, however am i on PCIE instead of AGP, im also on a laptop so im not especially sure what kinda m-board I have, and highly doubt theres any linux drivers for it (battalion type laptop)
suggestions? anyone else gotten this?
Offline

See what hwdetect gives you for AGP/video modules, and load them before fglrx - I'm not really sure how PCIe works in this regard to be honest.

nope, shows nothing.. anyone?? its a major pain to me.

what's your full output of lsmod?

after the update fglrx wasnt loading on its own, i manually added it to /etc/rc.conf
this is really rashing me, no help from freenode #archlinux

okay, try running glxinfo as root - maybe it's a permissions problem?

its not a DRM issue, Iv had that before, theres still no direct rendering with root, and my xorg.conf is properly configured for DRI
