Account in gitlab for reporting bug

Hi,

I would like to report the following upstream reported bug also to arch linux. https://gitlab.gnome.org/GNOME/gnome-ke … issues/143

But I can't create an account, where can I get an account? Arch linux should roll back the following modules

extra/gcr-4                       4.2.0-1              ->  rollback from 4.2.1-2
extra/gnome-keyring               1:42.1-3             -> rollback from 1:46.1-2
extra/libgnome-keyring            3.12.0+13+g4f8ab73-3 -> rollback from 1:3.12.0+r14+g23438cc-1
