pacman -Ql nvidia-390xx-utils| grep -i cuda
Also https://aur.archlinux.org/packages/opencl-nvidia-390xx
Whether bleder (still) supports your specific GPU, you'll have to try.

Thanks for your reply
after doing some research found out my card cuda compute capability is 2.1
while blender required 3.0
[halano@archlinux ~]$ pacman -Ql nvidia-390xx-utils| grep -i cuda
nvidia-390xx-utils /usr/bin/nvidia-cuda-mps-control
nvidia-390xx-utils /usr/bin/nvidia-cuda-mps-server
nvidia-390xx-utils /usr/lib/libcuda.so
nvidia-390xx-utils /usr/lib/libcuda.so.1
nvidia-390xx-utils /usr/lib/libcuda.so.390.157
nvidia-390xx-utils /usr/share/man/man1/nvidia-cuda-mps-control.1.gz
I go intel arc with oneAPI for my next rig.
