[SOLVED]Does cude works with older nvidia drivers

Hello
I want to try cuda in blender
I'm using  nvidia 390  driver and asking if it works or not or i need specific version of cuda to work with this driver?

pacman -Ql nvidia-390xx-utils| grep -i cuda

Also https://aur.archlinux.org/packages/opencl-nvidia-390xx
Whether bleder (still) supports your specific GPU, you'll have to try.

after doing some research found out my card cuda compute capability is 2.1
while blender required 3.0
 

[halano@archlinux ~]$ pacman -Ql nvidia-390xx-utils| grep -i cuda

I go intel arc with oneAPI for my next rig.
