conceptual pacman search

this is just a concept i though of, and decided to implement it to get an idea of how it performs..
it's just a pacman search script written in php ..

sorry about the no-comments .. that's something i need to improve on..
the /DESC goes through what it does etc.

but the basic idea is that the pacman databases are indexed, when searhed it takes just a few milliseconds, for my system well over 3000 pks queried to find pacman in rang[10-40] milliseconds.. te range is due to php caching techniques..
