Hardware is lenovo thinkbook 14+, uses amd8845h.
In bios i set performance mode to "extreme performance". No tlp.

I bought a new 2T ssd and benchmarked it. (in windows and linux btrfs and ext4), this cap does exist. I am wondering if this is an ssd issue or system issue.

Does anyone have an idea why this would happen?
