Plasma crash with wayland and freeze (VM)

I'm having an issue with kde, if i try to start kde with wayland the system stuck on black screen and shortcuts don't work, both via gui and via shell.
I've already tried to reinstall wayland and plasma and followed this article https://wiki.archlinux.org/title/wayland
As my system freeze when i try to start plasma i had to reboot the system everytime i've tried to solve the issue, and that forced me to give up
I'm on a Virtual Machine, the issue has appeared the first time after a normal reboot without upgrading or modifying configuration files

I've tried to start wayland from X11 working session with dbus

dbus-run-session startplasma-wayland

and it works without any problem, so i think that the problem is with sddm or with the X Server.

EDIT:
By pressing right ctrl, canc and esc with f1 at the same time i'm able to stop sddm-helper and so i can quit wayland session.
Trying to launch session with terminal on X11

/usr/lib/sddm/sddm-helper --socket /tmp/sddm-auth... --id 1000 --start /usr/bin/startplasma-wayland --user khere

cause the terminal to freeze but not the whole system
EDIT: By the fact that this topic still without replies i tried to start the X server with weston and launch

startplasma-wayland

from the weston terminal. It starts without problem.
I've also tried to find a solution on internet but in 99% of the cases it is related to nvidia graphic cards, and that's not my case. I'm giving up on it. Hoping someone answer.

I've tried to run wayland with plasma on my personal desktop which is not a VM and it works without any problem.
I assume that the problem is related with VM, problem persist also with plasma 6.0.3
