No dark mode in Gnome

Hi,

During switching from light to dark mode I observe two different issues.
(I use non default GTK Themes: Light and Dark one versions mainly).

1. When I switch from light one to dark mode, Gnome apps like Nautilus, Gnome-settings , Gnome-tweaks stay in a light mode
When I tried default Adwaita light and dark themes, the effect is the same

I have noticed that in ~/.config/gtk-4.0 there are two files
a. gtk.css: https://pastebin.com/2ucW2wG5
b. gtk-dark.css: https://pastebin.com/sJXuQnZB

After deleting them, the dark mode appears in every single app but with errors in window bar (no special buttons for minimizing or closing)

2. Main Gnome title bar always stay always light or dark, means: Switching in settings from light to dark does not have impact on title bar. To change it, I need to go to gnome-tweaks and manually select shell : light or dark for change.

I suppose that first issue is not connected with Gnome version, because I observe that problem since Gnome 42.
Second problem appeared after updating Gnome to ver. 46.

I wonder, what is wrong with files above which prevent apps from switching to dark mode and/or what is wrong with Gnome Title bar?
