System freezes randomly

Recently, my system has started to freeze after a few hours of using it. Mouse and keyboard become unresponsive, monitor freezes, and the last second of audio keeps looping. I can't change get into a tty or use sysrq so maybe it's a kernel panic.
Journalctl doesn't show anything useful during the freeze but during normal use keeps spamming some warning every few seconds:

Apr 14 18:07:03 archlinux kernel: pcieport 0000:00:01.0: AER: Multiple Correctable error message received from 0000:00:01.0
Apr 14 18:07:03 archlinux kernel: pcieport 0000:00:01.0: PCIe Bus Error: severity=Correctable, type=Physical Layer, (Receiver ID)
Apr 14 18:07:03 archlinux kernel: pcieport 0000:00:01.0: device [8086:4c01] error status/mask=00000001/00002000
Apr 14 18:07:03 archlinux kernel: pcieport 0000:00:01.0: [ 0] RxErr (First)
Apr 14 18:07:03 archlinux kernel: pcieport 0000:00:01.0: AER: Error of this Agent is reported first

Sometimes it also spams this:

Apr 14 18:05:51 archlinux kernel: nvidia 0000:01:00.0: PCIe Bus Error: severity=Correctable, type=Data Link Layer, (Transmitter ID)
Apr 14 18:05:51 archlinux kernel: nvidia 0000:01:00.0: device [10de:2488] error status/mask=00001000/0000a000
Apr 14 18:05:51 archlinux kernel: nvidia 0000:01:00.0: [12] Timeout

0000:00:01.0 seems to be a pci bridge while 0000:01:00.0 is my Nvidia 3070 card. I'm using the nvidia-dkms drivers.

The freezes also seem to always happen when I'm watching a video or playing a game, so it's probable they're caused by the graphics card.

Does anyone know why it's freezing? If you need more informations, please tell me.
