Gnome Themes Installer (Native app for Installing themes)

Hi,
A Native app for installing Gnome themes is out currently in alpha version.
Currently we can only install below themes
i)   Gnome Shell themes
ii)  Gtk3/4 themes
iii) Icon Themes

The application is made using Rust and libadwaita.

Please help to provide your comments or critiques.

I have made an aur package for now
