whats advanced methodes to gain powersaving

He guy's wich tools are better for powersaving , i use tlp with its powerfull config , i wonder if there is other powerfull tools , and also wich tlp configs are more likely to save laptops power

All of them adjust whatever knobs the kernel exposes and TLP is quite actively developed so gets new options as they become available. Generally speaking the defaults are good and the best thing you can do, given you HW doesn't give your problems with enabled power saving.
