[SOLVED] Desktop freeze after the new Plasma update

Hi! Since I got the Plasma 6 update, I've been observing that my KDE panel and my desktop gets frozen after a couple minutes(i'm guessing 10 but I've never checked) of usage. When this happens, clicking or hovering over the "icons only task manager" has no effect. Or anything on the panel for that matter. The clock doesn't tick, the battery icon doesn't update. The applications seem to work fine though. When I minimize all of the applications, I can't interact with icons on my desktop either. Alt+Tab to switch between applications works fine. The meta button to start the application launcher doesn't work.
When I experience this issue I make my device sleep and then bring it back on so that the issue is resolved.

Is there a way to revert back to Plasma 5? Or will it remain unmaintained?

I'm using X11. My system is up to date. Please tell me what other information about my system I should provide
Here's my neofetch output:

Re: [SOLVED] Desktop freeze after the new Plasma update

Make sure xf86-video-intel is not installed. Are you actually using X11? The default changed and you'd have to actively switch that.

Anything in the journal when the freezing happens?

sudo journalctl -b | curl -F 'file=@-' 0x0.st

xf86-video-intel is not installed. I am using x11 yes, is there a way to double check?

I'm not sure why the command you provided has 'curl' in it, but here's the output I got when I ran it:

curl: (6) Could not resolve host: 0x0.st

Here are the last few lines of the output for `journalctl -b`:

Re: [SOLVED] Desktop freeze after the new Plasma update

Here are the last few lines

Useless. Also that's pretty early in teh boot - might be the end of the page in the pager, but rather not the journal.
Why don't you have internet on that system?

is there a way to double check

Xorg log, https://wiki.archlinux.org/title/Xorg#General
Also

echo $XDG_SESSION_TYPE
loginctl session-status

Re: [SOLVED] Desktop freeze after the new Plasma update

I double checked -- yes, I am using X11.

I inspected the journal at times when the freezing happened, and one thing that catches my eyes that's always there is the following message being spammed every five seconds:

Apr 14 00:09:14 jamo plasmashell[1918]: kpipewire_logging: error: "Failed to connect to PipeWire" 0
Apr 14 00:09:09 jamo plasmashell[1918]: received error while creating the stream "Failed to connect to PipeWire" Media monitor will not work.
Apr 14 00:09:09 jamo plasmashell[1918]: kpipewire_logging: error: "Failed to connect to PipeWire" 0
Apr 14 00:09:04 jamo plasmashell[1918]: received error while creating the stream "Failed to connect to PipeWire" Media monitor will not work.

Here is the output for `pipewire`:

[E][31257.956577] pw.conf      | [          conf.c:  577 load_module()] 0x572101d5dce0: could not load mandatory module "libpipewire-module-loopback": No such file or directory
[E][31257.957149] default | [ pipewire.c: 105 main()] failed to create context: No such file or directory

Do you think this error could be relevant?

Re: [SOLVED] Desktop freeze after the new Plasma update

Maybe. Maybe not.

pacman -Qs 'wire|pulse'

but we really should see the journal.

Re: [SOLVED] Desktop freeze after the new Plasma update

You don't want to mix wireplumber and pulseaudio, install pipewire-pulse
