No PWM devices although in Windows' fancontrol there are ones

Hey. I've recently installed Arch and been trying to tweak it to my liking just a bit for now. Im previously a Windows-only user, but Im trying, so sorry if my question sounds stupid.. My problem now is that I have quite loud fans in my PC. I've fixed this problem in the past on Windows by using FanControl app, and everything worked perfectly on boot. But as I try to configure pwm on Arch now, I cannot get anything working. Default `fancontrol` app is not detecting any PWM devices with `pwmconfig` (I've been following a tutorial). `fan2go` also doesn't seem to get any fan tracker, because from `fan2go detect` command's output there's not a single one with RPM column value. I could've used bios, but I have a very bad Gigabyte motherboard which is limited in controlling fan speeds and also causes insane stutter-whirling when I configure my PC case's fans from there. What can I do?

I have tried BIOS fans once more and they don't seem to stutter anymore, so I guess this post became obsolete.
