vim color bug.

I set colors for urxvt in .Xdefaults like this:

URxvt*color0: #000000
URxvt*color1: #fb2626
URxvt*color2: #6bbc15
URxvt*color3: #ead527
URxvt*color4: #5fb2ff
URxvt*color5: #fd41ff
URxvt*color6: #2cd3d9
URxvt*color7: #fafafa
URxvt*color8: #6f6f6f
URxvt*color9: #ff7c7c
URxvt*color10: #abf384
URxvt*color11: #fdf29a
URxvt*color12: #a5d4ff
URxvt*color13: #fea9ff
URxvt*color14: #a3f5f8
URxvt*color15: #ffffff

And I made a typo in color9 (light red) the first time I saved the file, so when I ran urxvt and vim I got this message in vc/1: "could not set color '#something ', using pink instead". I fixed it and now it still uses the same pink (#ffcdcd) color and not the light red (#ff7c7c) I set. I wouldn't care, but the pink doesn't really look very good. Also, I didn't forget to xrdb -merge ~/.Xdefaults after I fixed the typo.

I just tried it with xterm too, it doesn't show the color I set, but pink. How do I fix this?

Re: vim color bug.

You did kill urxvt and restart it?
