If you ask the way you are asking it's going to be impossible, install Artix and ask on their boards for future help.
Arch as a distribution is in many ways quite tied to systemd and it's less than trivial to do the relevant conversion in place. It's one of the reasons Artix exists.

This is a case where if you have to ask, you aren't going to be able to do it.
