[Solved] cant change mallit keyboard to dark theme on KDE

I need a virtual keyboard on wayland KDE 6 and I installed maliit keyboard and set the configuration and everthing is fine except I cant change the theme and open settings.

According to this github issue it seems the issue is with AUR version of the keyboard where I need to set  environment variable QT_QUICK_CONTROLS_STYLE to org.kde.desktop. However when I followed the steps there and set the environment variable maliit keyboard is not even popping up. When I removed the environment variable the keyboard is working fine.

I did everything as the thread but after doing that maliit is not even working. When I remove the enviroment variable from the script it is working as usual. I dont know why this is happening. I cant even set the theme using gsettings.  Also the settings option when I clicked on the emoji are not coming and giving an errror.
Please help.

Finally found the solution I need to  use the following org.kde.breeze   `export QT_QUICK_CONTROLS_STYLE=org.kde.breeze` instead of org.kde.desktop  and it solved my issue . Marking it as solved.
