ati drivers with lcd on dvi

Hi,

I just installed my ati-radeon 9100 with this amazing guide http://bbs.archlinux.org/viewtopic.php?t=2515, but there is one little problem:
In normal textmode, arch is using the dvi-output of the radeon as it should. But when I start xfce, he is using the analog output. How can I tell him to use the dvi-one?

My XF86Config-4:

# File: XF86Config-4

Re: ati drivers with lcd on dvi

Played around a bit last month, and located the error in the ddc-probing of the monitor...
He recognizes only resolutions up to 1152x870... (digital; analog 1280 is working)
At the bottom is a snap of the X-log-file and I just have two Questions:

1. How can I disable the ddc-probing?
2. There is a line Supported Future Modes with my needed resolution, what does it mean?

Re: ati drivers with lcd on dvi

Finally it works smile

After the upgrade to X 4.4 and making a fresh new XF86Config the dvi-out is working.
