Netbook dosen't boot after installation[SOLVED]

I try to do a manual install on my government netbook noblex, model SF20BA. An arch install works but I try later doing manual installation following the guide, and then the net only boot with EFI shell (sometimes with the first reboot arch works, but later boots efi, I use GRUB), first try mount in /boot/efi, later try mount /dev/mmblk0p3(efi) /boot (don't remeber very well the dev name), later doing shutdown and try turn on,and now screen dosent even show screen, is dark screen, no efi shell,0 only make flashing ligths the power button. I try things like, pressing 30 seconds the button, wait until the battery runs out, pressing repeatedly, fearing that I do something to the BIOS I search for mother manual but coulden't find it, I open it up and dissconnect battery, and both cabels of the small battery, connect all, turn on and same, dissconnect again, pressing buttons repeatedly,etc, same.
    Tell me I you think that I should post it in laptop forum insted of this.

Update, Idk what happend at the end, i reflash the BIOS and so that it, now works and i installed arch.

When you say that you are trying to do a "manual boot" what are you trying to accomplish? Are you saying that you completed the installation steps on the wiki, but are unable to boot into the newly installed OS once you remove the install media?

When you say that you are trying to do a "manual boot" what are you trying to accomplish? Are you saying that you completed the installation steps on the wiki, but are unable to boot into the newly installed OS once you remove the install media?

Yes, I unable to boot in the new OS. I meant manual installation instead of "manual boot", and then try a reboot or shutdown.
