[Solved] Some GNOME applications missing text, re-appears on hover

I've noticed a couple weeks ago that when I open some GNOME applications such as Files, Console, Calculator, Logs, Chess, etc. the text appears to be missing. But whenever I hover my mouse over where the text is supposed to be it re-appears (if I resize the window, it disappears again). If I maximize the window, everything displays correctly.

This does not appear to happen with non-GNOME applications, e.g. Firefox, Spotify, VSCode. Although the GNOME application Terminal appears to be fine while Console does not.

Gnome Version: 46
Windowing System: X11
Kernel Version: 6.8.9-arch1-2

Graphics Card: NVIDIA GeForce GTX 670
Graphics Driver: nvidia-470xx-utils

journalctl -b output: https://pastebin.com/qZhvtiPV
