Bad battery life

Hello!
My laptop Lenovo Yoga 7 (16IAH7) (intel hardware, i7, if you search for lenovo yoga 16iah7 you get full specs) has very bad battery life on linux. On windows it used to make up to 8 hours of web surfing etc. And on linux with TLP/autocpufreq/powertop it barely can last for 3 hours (Without mentioned software it could do 2 hours at most). Is it maybe the hardware/drivers fault or what could be the case? What options do I have?
