when I was installing arch, I mount win10 partition to copy a file, and I input a command: chmod 660 -R /mount-point
now I found that some part of win10 files are missing...
and I can't boot win10 and blocked at a blue screen, and then I deleted /boot/EFI/Windows folder to regenerate it, but os-prober can't find windows ...
I am definitely done... pls help me ...

I deleted /boot/EFI/Windows folder to regenerate it
regenerate it *how*? That's not provided by arch or grub, but by windows.
You've to re-install windows or use the windows rescue system/partition to recover the installation.
The cause of the file corruption might be fsdt-start, 3rd link below. Mandatory.
Disable it (it's NOT the BIOS setting!) and reboot windows and linux twice for voodo reasons.
(Well, once you've windows fixed/re-installed)
