I was able to see my smartphone device and my head-set - with gnome-bluetooth - but I was not able to send a file or to see/use the head-set in the gnome-control-center sound section.

It finally worked for me! After receiving my new adapter...
The old one (10d7:b012 Actions general adapter) suddenly worked, I paired my ps4 controller, it disconnected while saying "failed to pair", but it was still in the devices list (I had the same problem with my new one). I tried to connect to it and got /dev/hidraw6, with working sticks, gyro, buttons...
