Maybe take a close look at
sudo LC_ALL=C pacman -Qkk | grep -v ', 0 altered files'
again - if there're packages where a large amount of the files deviate, they're probably corrupted.

XK7a.txt
filesystem: 124 total files, 1 altered file
intel-ucode: 159 total files, 1 altered file
java-runtime-common: 21 total files, 2 altered files
libutempter: 20 total files, 1 altered file
libvirt: 926 total files, 1 altered file
shadow: 588 total files, 1 altered file
systemd: 1451 total files, 1 altered file
looks relatively unsuspicious (the backup files pose no systematic issue and some deviations are "normal")

Reinstalling didn't fix these, so I guess these are normal. I think the issue is officially solved!

Please always remember to mark resolved threads by editing your initial posts subject - so others will know that there's no task left, but maybe a solution to find.
Thanks.
