Can't connect to corne BLE | Bluetooth connection issue

I've downgraded bluez To bluez-5.73-4-x86_64.pkg.tar.zst version due to facing same bug reported here.

My setup consists of following versions:

➜ ~ sudo pacman -Qe | grep blue
blueman 2.4.1-2
bluez 5.73-4
bluez-utils 5.75-1

➜ ~ uname -r
6.8.9-arch1-2

My /etc/bluetooth/main.conf  is all default.

Is pipewire might be affecting something?

Fact's given, when I try to connect (both with bluetoothctl and with blueman) I'm answered with Corne Disconnected .
blueman even shows: "Connection Failed: le-connection-abort-by-local".

This is my

journalctl -f -u bluetooth

output for an entire connection try:

I've tried some suggestions like this one:
https://bbs.archlinux.org/viewtopic.php?id=197469

But got lost on their solution.

EDIT: I've encountered this when using bluetoothctl:

What am I doing wrong?
Which other info should I provide?
