how to add more appearance/style on xfce ?

on Appearance/Style, only 3 styles, Adwaita, Adwaita-dark, High Contrast.

how to add more ?

not icons,  not themes, what's the style ?

Those are GTK themes. Arch Wiki lists a few common GTK2/3 themes available in Arch (either from official repos or to be built from AUR). You may also search AUR for GTK themes (please read AUR wiki article first, if you didn’t use AUR before).

One may also find and unpack themes directly to “$XDG_DATA_HOME/themes”. A large collection of assorted themes can be browsed using gnome-look.org webapp.
