Nvidia Driver Issue 4070 SUPER graphic showing black screen

I have installed Arch linux in my New PC

OS: Arch Linux x86_64
Kernel: 6.8.9-arch1-2
Uptime: 41 mins
Packages: 727 (pacman)
Shell: zsh 5.9
Resolution: 1920x1080
DE: GNOME 46.1
WM: Mutter
WM Theme: Adwaita
Theme: Adwaita [GTK2/3]
Icons: Adwaita [GTK2/3]
Terminal: kgx
CPU: AMD Ryzen 7 7800X3D (16) @ 5.050GHz
GPU: AMD ATI 0c:00.0 Raphael
GPU: NVIDIA GeForce RTX 4070 SUPER
Memory: 5764MiB / 31302MiB

When i connect the monitor to the GPU HDMI port i dont see any display.

Im assuming issues is because of the nvidia drivers. i have added `nvidia_drm.modeset=1` in kerenal params. all the details are in the below link
http://0x0.st/XPsr.txt

Output of `sudo journalctl -b` as i saw most of the threads were requesting it:

Please let me know how i can solve this issue.

Re: Nvidia Driver Issue 4070 SUPER graphic showing black screen

Hey, I'm having a similar issue with a GTX 1070, I want you to try something to verify if we have the same issue - boot up from USB, mount your root and boot partitions, `arch-chroot` into it, and run `mkinitcpio -P`. Did it fix it? If so, reboot again. Did it stop working?

If your `mkinitcpio` command solves it for one reboot, then we're in the same boat... Can anyone help?
