Sabrent Thunderbolt 3 To Dual NVMe M.2 SSD Tool-Free Enclosure

Hi all:

I have a Sabrent Thunderbolt 3 To Dual NVMe M.2 SSD Tool-Free Enclosure with 2 x 2TB nvme disks that I want to use to store my pictures.  I'd like to use both disks as "one" 4 TB disk. What is the best way to proceed?

1. Setup a RAID?
2. Setup a LVM?
