Hi, I upgrade Arch a few times a week. I'm wonderig if I should always upgrade the BIOS too when there's a new version?

How often does your BIOS vendor update their version? This 3 year old Asus laptop has had three updates. Only one of them was of interest having to do with an Intel vulnerability.
I would read the release notes and decide whether an update maters.

Due to the risk of bricking your PC into a paperweight: Only do it uf you're affected by some issue of the current version.
Also: stay away from beta version - they're not meant for the general public anyway - and it's good practice to wait at least a week or two and search for reports of early adopters if someone has reported problrms - and how the vendor reacted to such reports.
Until now I got lucky - but you can read all sort of horror stories all over the net from few issues with specific ram to sydtems going up in flames. TLDR: Be careful! And don't do it if you don't know what you're doing.
