[SOLVED] 32 by 9 split into two, i3wm

Hi!

I got a 32:9 G9 OLED and was wondering if it's possible to split the screen into two "virtual" monitors? I am aware that it's possible to do this by using two video sources into the monitor, but that limits it to 120hz, which I'd like to avoid.

Any tips are appreciated, cheers :)

Depends on your HW, i3 supports randr 1.5 but not all drivers do.
