Add

splash

parameter. Silent boot does not work without this. I never used to need this to get silent boot before this year.

So the working kernel parameter set for silent boot with systemd in the initramfs:

quiet splash loglevel=3 systemd.show_status=auto rd.udev.log_level=3

The line mentioning the splash parameter wasn't on the wiki until 22 May '24.
