Well arch community my laptop after removed battery is turn off suddenly. I removed the battery because is not "working anymore". So is this the issue? I need to buy another battery? Thanks in advance for help!

So you removed your battery and you're laptop isn't stable while plugged into the wall? what's your problem?
Can you get any logs? post the output of "journalctl -b -1 | | curl -F 'file=@-' 0x0.st" (replace -1 with 0=current boot, -1=last boot, -2=the one before that).
You want to get the output from before the crash
If you want to check your battery health you can roam around in /sys/class/power_supply/ , there might be any files like battery health, cycles, voltage and designed voltage.

Why I run Arch? To "BTW I run Arch" the guy one grade younger.

What does "does not work anymore" mean? "Old"?
Even the slightest buffer might stabilize this, most notebooks are not designed to be able to bypass the battery and an ever so brief undervoltage will cause a shutdown/reboot.
So even if you intend to run the notebook as desktop on permanent AC, keep the battery inside unless you suspect physical damage that makes it unsafe to operate.
