I just installed arch on my virtual machine and there's a problem. When I open a window it looks just like a white rectangle without any buttons. Sometimes it makes a weird trail when I move it. And desktop switching icons are empty. Why is that and how do I fix it?

Wild guess, you didn't install arch linux. Which instructions did you follow when installing?
If you installed arch linux, you should be able to tell us what graphical interface you are referring to, how it's started, how you "open a window", and then ideally provide logs.

Then I log in. I open windows by clicking icons on the panel and they don't work properly. Besides everything I described before, windows sometimes blink. While installation, i followed different instructions on YouTube using archinstall command.

You should follow the official wiki https://wiki.archlinux.org/title/Installation_guide only instead of random YT-videos.
Also: Avoid the archinstall command - it's more of a tool for users experienced with Arch and ot's install who can fix such issues.
I recommend wipe the VM and start over following the wiki.
