System does not boot - icut -qt5-webkit

After several days of not being able to update the system because it was not possible to update the ICU package due to qt5-webkit not updating either, I decided to add ICU to the ignorepkg list in pacman.conf.

I was able to perform the update, but upon restarting the system, it gets stuck at the lines:
Loading Linux...
Loading initial Ramdisk ...

Is there any way to recover the system?

You will need to remove qt5-webkit and remove icu from the ignore list so you can perform a full system update.  Follow the instructions for Pacman#Pacman_crashes_during_an_upgrade.
