Boot Stalling at "A start job is running for Network Name Resolution"

Hey folks,
I've been running into a frustrating issue since updating to kernel version 6.9. Occasionally, my Arch system stalls indefinitely at "A start job is running for Network Name Resolution" during boot. The time remaining estimate just keeps increasing and it never proceeds.
This happens unpredictably, even when trying to boot into the Linux fallback. Sometimes, I can boot into my system without any issues and rebooting works fine afterward. However, if I shut down and turn my PC on again, it might stall again randomly. I can't consistently recreate the issue.
I've searched for solutions online but haven't had much luck. Even updating to the latest kernel version 6.9.3-arch1-1 hasn't resolved it.

Here's the output from systemctl --failed:

UNIT                                 LOAD   ACTIVE SUB
DESCRIPTION
● systemd-networkd-wait-online.service loaded failed failed Wait for Network to be Configured

Has anyone else encountered this or have any insights on what might be causing it? Any help or pointers would be greatly appreciated. Thanks in advance!
