Re: question: how do I do pxe over wifi?

Well, theoretical it might be possible - as to the IP stack it's just ethernet as well - but it requires a firmware that lets you set up wifi before starting pxe on it. For the latter I'm unaware of any available product.
For any other option: Either use the ports available on the device - or use whatever is currently installed on this system and do a warm reboot.

OpenSuSE provides a windows-tool which is able to setup and boot a linux bootloader - shoukd be easy to hijack this to boot archinstall.

Turning the question upside-down: Why don't you want the available ports on the back of the machine? To me sounds more like "not able to" or "not allowed to". In pretty much any instance the distance reaching around the system is less than its size - or less than the distance between the device and your <insert anything else here>.
Something doesn't add up here with that kkind of question.

Leaving aside that I agree that

Otherwise there's no systematic support, not even for rj45-usb dongles - it 100% depends on the very specific hardware in use.
And wireless PXE is *extremely* rare.
